RIT/NTID Endorses the National Deaf Chamber of Commerce

The president of the National Technical Institute of the Deaf and Vice President and Dean of Rochester Institute of Technology Dr. Gerard J. Buckley wrote a letter endorsing the National Deaf Chamber of Commerce.
